He has actively participated in local and international art shows since 2001. Currently, his work is mainly concentrated on photography and audiovisual experimental documentary, artistic creation and collaborative and community work. Simultaneously, he combines his interest in the conceptualization of art exhibitions, cultural management, interdisciplinary work and the creation of transmedia contents with the development of strategies that support democratization and inclusion in public art settings and mechanisms.
He has been a beneficiary of scholarships and residencies of artistic creation and research such as: the research grant for “Young Talent Artists” of the Colombian government at the Complutense University of Madrid (Spain) under the tutelage of Professor Jaime Munarriz (Media Arts) and the research scholarship for artists and architects of the Deutscher Akademischer Austausch Dienst at the Kunstakademie Münster (Germany) under the tutelage of Professor Andreas Köpnick (Film & Media), among other public and private sponsorships.
He has been a video art and experimental cinema curator for Panorama Colombia, Colombian Film Festival in Berlin from 2015 to 2018, Kannibal Fest 2018, and Cine Autopsia, Festival of Video Art and Experimental Cinema of Bogotá 2015. Among his recent projects is the co-direction of the itinerant exhibition projects: “Des-minado” (De-mined) and “Estrategia de Respuesta Rápida” (Rapid Response Strategy) together with Santiago Rueda and Gilberto Hernández and the exhibitions “Urbano, demasiado urbano” (Urban, too urban) and “A sus justas proporciones” (At its fair proportions) in collaboration with Desborde Gallery in Colombia.

Colombian artist based in Berlin – Germany. She develops her artistic practice through experimental and documentary photography, illustration, public action and performance projects. She has participated professionally in exhibitions and artistic publications since 2008.
Since 2015, she has been an active member of the Perspicax artistic collective and, since 2014, of the non-profit organization Kunstrial e.V. Based in Berlin, Germany, whose main objective is the artistic and cultural exchange between Latin America and Europe. She is currently concentrating on her practice as an elementary school teacher in the development of methodologies for the teaching of artistic practice and foreign language focused on processes of conflict resolution and social and cultural integration of underage migrant communities in public and private schools in Germany. During the last two years, she has developed mediation processes with migrant communities affected by armed conflicts, exclusion and forced displacement.

He has worked mainly in projects based on historical memory, economy and identity taking into account the populations and diversity of origins and contexts, thus involving communities, social and urban processes to their different investigative approaches.
He has developed interdisciplinary and collaborative projects that connect diverse interests and scenarios such as in Shenzhen, China (precarization of work) or in Sarajevo, Bosnia (memories of the armed conflict), scenarios where he concentrates on seeking interactions and dialogues amid the coincidence of ideology, history and everydayness. Making use of a variety of media and plastic approaches, he has had the opportunity to socialize these processes inside and outside the country in museums, galleries and diverse as well as unconventional cultural spaces.
In 2008 he was awarded a creative scholarship at the International Workshop of Plastic Arts in Panama by the José Felix Llopis Foundation. In 2011 he received the Honorable Mention at the Fourth Youth Art Prize, Embassy of Spain – Colsanitas, Bogotá, Colombia. He also received the First Prize of the 2015 Youth Art Prize, Bogotá Support Program of the Ministry of Culture of Colombia. In 2017 he received the 16 SRA Creative Scholarship (Regional Artist Halls in the South Region) of the Ministry of Culture of Colombia. Since 2017 he develops pedagogical and creative processes with empirical artists in Bogotá, Colombia.
